We have a couple of clients who already use smart sensors (not LoRa compatible, e.g. WiFi). Is it possible to connect these devices to LoRa network using something like wireless modem, hub, router… standing in front of gateway?

Please note that different technologies have different constraints, so you need to understand these first. What you want to try does not exist as an off-the-shelve product (I think), so you might need to develop this yourself.
