Is there a way to have a hierarchical organization as the head can have access to all sensors while “the bottom” can only have access to a restricted group of sensors ?

Actually I would like to have an admin instance of Lora-app-server with full access of my Network Server (1 NS Master, and two slave copies “read-only”) and I would like to have several instances with limited access.

You can create a global admin user in LoRa App Server which will be able to access all organizations (read-write). Then you can add users to an organization that are either admin within the context of that organization or have read-only (non-admin) permissions.
