Hello, i enabled redis on my chirpstack server but when i restart chirpstack for an update i lost 5 OTAA sensor ( i am not in append-only but in save)

What versions are you on (4.7 recommended), and have you run the command to migrate your OTAA sessions to PostgreSQL? See the release notes for more details.
