Is it somehow possible to edit the format of uplink msg which is posted trought http integration ?
I need the SF to be presented in msg as i am using it for battery lifetime calc.

No, this is not possible but you can derrive the SF from the data-rate. Please see the Regional Parameters specification for the mapping between DR and Modulation / Bandwidth / Spreadingfactor.
