Unable to connect End devices

Hi,
I have been trying to connect LoRa GPS trackers(OTAA) and view it in the web interface(app server). I have a multitech gateway and followed the below link for setting up the device and gateway.

I am still unable to view the device data in the web application and still the device isn’t getting activated.Can someone please help me with the setup.

Thank you for response. I have opened a new thread regarding this issue. All I have been getting JoinRequest and JoinAccept in Gateway frames.Please find the below link for your reference.
