OTAA RECEIVE_DELAY issue

Hi everyone!

If I understand correctly when Im using device the OTAA activation RECEIVE_DELAY1 and other delays have to be in JoinAccept downlink?

The problem is that after join my device sends uplink message with LinkCheckReq and loraserver answers immediately and device cant receive the downlink.

Joinaccept should happen after Receive_delay1 (or receive_delay2) of joinrequest

Uplinking/downlinking is independent of OTAA join
