Offset of "time" from json package forwarder

Hi when my sensor send data, i receive the “time - 01:00:00”, i check the time and time fusion of my raspbery linux and it’s ok, i don’t now why this happen.

it’s should be => time : “2019-03-21T12:13:18.29894Z”.
