Multiple LoRa nodes with private Gateway - interference?

Hi!
I am setting up a LoRa network with approx 100 nodes(RFM95W) in a building with one private LoRa Gateway (single-channel, using RadioHead library, not LoRaWAN). If I use the 10% duty-cycle sub-channel 869.4MHz and every node will send a 170 bytes-message every ~5th minute, I have a feeling that I could get interferences between the nodes if they send at the same time.

If two or several nodes sends a message at the same time, will all transmissions fail or will at least one get successfully received by the gateway?

What is the best workaround to reduce inferences?
