LinkADRReq requesting the end-device to change channel

Hi

Does the lora server sends down the LinkADRReq requesting the end-device to change channel.

I have a scenario, my gateway is configured to use a particular sub band of (915 frequency), but the end devices use all channels available. Due to this I see packet loss. Iā€™m unable to configure my end device to send on same sub band as that of gateway, so want to know the behavior of lora server.
