Sure, 1st must start mqtt broker. In this case, start mosquitto and another debug of course.
sudo systemctl restart mosquitto is for restart the service, for the first time, use sudo systemctl start mosquitto.
Need to debug loraserver and lora-app-server output, if there is an error should think “what’s wrong with my configuration”.
For the future, see configuration file at /etc/default/loraserver or /etc/default/lora-app-server as a reference.
