I have installed LoRa Gateway OS in a LORIX One gateway and I would know if it’s possible to install node-red on it. If it is possible I really appreciate some information!

This is currently not provided by the LoRa Gateway OS images. Potentially this is possible, I have not tested this. However, this also depends on the version of your LORIX One (256 or 512MB storage).
You could test this by including this as a package in https://github.com/brocaar/lora-gateway-os/ and then build your own image.
