How to send data from app server to device?

I am trying to send data to device using default topic:
application/1/device/[xxx]/tx, 1 is AppID, [xxx] is DevEUI.
MQTT.fx could get data, but not device.
There is no “downlink” shows in “Live Device Data” of the device.
I have checked AppID and DevEUI already. So, please help me.
How to send data from lora app server to device ?

You can see downlinks in “Live Lorawan Frames” tab
