How does the LoRa Gateway OS be used for additional gateway devices?

Hi all:
I installed it on my Raspberrypi 3B.
"lora-gateway-os-base-raspberrypi3--20190810091936.sdimg.gz".
And through the extra serial port to USB module connection, but did not observe any printing.
I connected the Raspberrypi 3B’s Ethernet port, but I didn’t find the Raspberrypi 3B IP address in the router. I can’t connect to Raspberrypi 3B. What should I do?

I solved the problem with printing. . The problem was resolved after reinstalling the image.

I am facing a problem now, I am using the HT-M01 470 band gateway, I added the 470 band configuration in

global_conf.json

manually execute the

lora_pkt_fwd script, but prompted
ERROR: [main] failed to find any configuration file named Global_conf.json, local_conf.json OR debug_conf.json.
How can I solve this?
