Help needed with device connection

i tried a lot of things.

i have the gateway profile on ABP
PROGMEM u1_t NWKSKEY[16]
PROGMEM u1_t APPSKEY[16]

i put the data as MSB and as LSB i even tried to put the network session key in APPSKEY[16] and the application session key in NWKSKEY[16].

so i tried a lot of settings but i always get the error: device-session does not exists or fcnt or mic

Who knows to tackle this ??
