How to use loraserver gRPC API

Downlink device-queue has been moved from the LoRa App Server database to
the LoRa Server database.

Since, this happened I want to know how does the Network Server API (loraserver):

• Added
  • CreateDeviceQueueItem
  • FlushDeviceQueueForDevEUI
  • GetDeviceQueueItemsForDevEUI

Connects with DeviceQueueAPI (lora-app-server), and transfers the data from DeviceQueueAPI to NetworkServerAPI via loraserver gRPC API??
